I think it’s worth highlighting a free pdf tool that I use regularly. PDF995 enables you to print document (Word, PowerPoint, Websites) into a Portable Document Format that can be read using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. While Adobe charges hundreds of dollars for their PDF writer, PDF995 is available for free if you sit through their ads.

PDF995 is especially handy when you need to save different files that are generated on the web like receipts, travel itineraries and articles of interest. One drawback of PDF995 is that the files are somewhat larger than those produced by Adobe.
